Bank Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) – Flexible Part‑Time Role

About the role
This casual, part‑time bank position offers flexible working within a Barchester independent mental health hospital. As a Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse you will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to patients with complex needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and support to patients with challenging behaviours.
- Develop and supervise the delivery of individualized care plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to promote patient wellbeing.
- Cover shifts as required for annual leave, sick leave or other staffing needs.
Required profile
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices for mental health and learning disability nursing.
- Understanding of CQC requirements and frameworks.
- Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a clinical team.
