About the role

We are looking for a Bank Registered Nurse to join our team at Beach Lawns Residential and Nursing Home in Weston‑Super‑Mare. The role is flexible, with hours scheduled as needed, and offers the chance to deliver high‑quality nursing care in a not‑for‑profit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that meets the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Apply research‑based clinical knowledge to manage patient care and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and support care professionals, fostering a compassionate and collaborative atmosphere.
• Contribute to the learning and development of student nurses and junior staff.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and CPD.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to varying shift patterns.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and emergency response.
• Record‑keeping and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
