Bank Staff – Flexible Part‑Time Role in Early Years

About the role

Kindred Nurseries are looking for enthusiastic Bank Staff to provide flexible, part‑time support within our early years settings. The role is ideal for individuals who love working with children and need a schedule that fits around other commitments. You will join a supportive team that values development and a caring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, welcoming “home from home” environment for children in the nursery.
• Maintain required staff‑to‑child ratios and supervise children at all times.
• Model best practice in line with regulatory guidelines and nursery policies.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, play, and learning activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to working within the Early Years childcare sector.

Required skills

• Good time‑management and ability to work as part of a team.
