Bank Support Worker – Flexible Part‑Time Care Role

About the role

We are seeking Bank Support Workers to join our residential care teams on a zero‑hours, flexible basis. This role allows you to pick up shifts that fit around your personal commitments, studies or other employment, while making a meaningful difference to adults with severe learning and physical disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care to adult residents in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with moving and handling, personal hygiene, eating and drinking.
• Support service users to access community activities and leisure pursuits such as swimming, cycling, yoga and more.
• Promote independence and a fulfilling lifestyle for each individual.

Required profile

• Caring, reliable and flexible attitude.
• Previous experience with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
• Full driving licence is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
