Bank Support Worker – Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are looking for caring, hands‑on Bank Support Workers to join our team in Clacton‑on‑Sea. You will help a person we support gain independence and enjoy a richer daily life, working on a flexible bank‑shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Teach and encourage new life‑skills, such as cooking or budgeting.
• Support community access, socialising and participation in local activities.
• Accompany the person to outings, cafés, cinemas or leisure activities.
• Document support provided and communicate any changes to the team.

Required profile

• A genuine caring attitude and desire to improve quality of life for others.
• Willingness to learn and follow training programmes.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts on a zero‑hour basis.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
