Bank Support Worker – Residential Care Role

About the role

As a Bank Support Worker at Voyage Care you will join a dynamic residential team in Ashmore, helping adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to live more independently. The role blends personal care, life‑skill development and community engagement in a friendly, varied environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and reinforce daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting and personal hygiene.
• Provide personal care and support with mobility, medication and health routines.
• Encourage and accompany service users to local community activities, pubs, cinemas and social events.
• Organise and participate in recreational activities, including video games, film sessions and outings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor support plans and monitor progress.
