About the role
Join Voyage Care as a Bank Support Worker in New Malden, providing flexible, zero‑hour support to individuals living in our supported‑living service. You will help people develop independence, confidence, and enjoyment in daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
- Teach and reinforce life‑skills such as cooking, budgeting, and self‑care.
- Encourage participation in community outings, social events, and leisure activities.
- Accompany service users to local venues, cinemas, or recreational settings.
- Support individuals in accessing local services and building social connections.
Required profile

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
- Flexibility to work on a zero‑hour basis as needed.
