About the role

The Bankruptcy Service Support Senior Associate will act as the primary point of contact for clients navigating bankruptcy and insolvency processes. You will provide comprehensive support, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and coordination with legal and financial professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients undergoing bankruptcy, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare, review, and submit bankruptcy maintenance requests and related documents with high accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, creditors, and court officials to gather information and provide case updates.
• Facilitate information flow between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
• Identify potential risks, handle confidential information with discretion, and support Commercial Banking and Investment Banking units.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, legal, or financial services.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
