About the role
Join the Lakeside Inn team at Whinfell Forest as a Bar and Waiting Team Member. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and serves food and drinks in a family‑friendly gastro pub environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, creating a warm first impression.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
- Handle payments and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Support bar service, adhering to age‑restriction policies where applicable.

- A calm, friendly and patient nature.
- Strong focus on delivering great customer service.
- Confidence working as part of a busy, supportive team.
Required skills

- £12.87 per hour plus an average of £3.07 per hour in shared tips.
