Bar Team Member

About the role

Join the Seven Red Roses team in Reading as a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide full training and support so you can deliver a great pub experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve high‑quality food and drinks.
• Offer recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy environment throughout the venue.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests.
• Enjoys teamwork and can communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site bar environment.
• Willing to learn and follow training on food and drink preparation.
