About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Follow clear steps to prepare and serve high‑quality food and beverages.
• Offer menu recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment throughout the venue.
• Support the popular Tuesday quiz night and ensure smooth operation of live sport screenings.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about teamwork and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn on the job – no prior experience required.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.
