Key responsibilities

• Deliver a heartfelt and memorable experience to every customer.
• Recommend drinks and provide insider knowledge behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification and customer expectations.
• Greet guests, serve food, and look after customers throughout their visit.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your hospitality skills.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure each pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
