About the role

As Bar & Waiting Staff you will create memorable moments for customers, whether pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You will join a fun, inclusive team where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
• Provide friendly recommendations and a warm welcome to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legal bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.
• Assist with greeting, seating and serving diners throughout their visit.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to follow drink specifications and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
