About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Greene King, you will help create memorable moments for guests in a lively pub environment. Whether you are pouring a perfect pint or recommending a drink after a long day, your service will keep the good times flowing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a heartfelt and memorable experience for every customer.
• Recommend drinks and offer knowledgeable suggestions.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification.
• Greet guests, serve food, and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar area and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each pint is poured perfectly.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
