About the role

Join the Bar & Waiting Staff team at West End Brewery, delivering memorable experiences to customers in a lively, inclusive environment. This part‑time, seasonal position runs until 3 January 2027 and is ideal for anyone over 18 who enjoys hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food, ensuring each pint is poured to perfection and all orders meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant bar area, addressing any issues promptly.
• Engage with guests, offering drink recommendations and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and develop bar and waiting‑staff skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, including understanding allergen controls.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of drink preparation and service standards.
• Ability to follow health, safety and legal regulations in a bar setting.
