About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff at Greene King’s Pub & Grill in Liverpool, you will help create memorable experiences for guests, whether serving a quick drink, a working lunch or a full dinner service. You’ll work in a friendly, inclusive team where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and food to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
• Provide recommendations and advice on drinks, creating a personalised experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant bar area at all times.
• Assist with greeting guests, taking orders and delivering meals promptly.
• Handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail, especially when preparing and pouring drinks.
• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
