Bar & Waiting Staff – Pub Service

About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff team at Chef & Brewer, you will help create memorable experiences for guests, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive environment where you can develop your hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Recommend drinks and offer insider knowledge behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks to specification and customer expectations.
• Greet guests, serve food, and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail to ensure every pint is perfect.
• Passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team player.
