About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Maldon as a Barista, delivering great coffee and memorable experiences to customers. You’ll work flexible 18‑hour shifts, bringing energy, warmth and skill to every service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve high‑quality coffee and provide an energising customer experience.
• Master the menu, maintain high standards and ensure product consistency.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
