About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes as a Barista working 12‑hour shifts. You will be the face of the store, delivering great coffee and a warm, energising experience to every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the menu is mastered and quality is consistently delivered.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.

- Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
