About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee store on Carnival Way in Bridgwater. You will work flexible shifts, either full‑time or part‑time, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Provide an energising and friendly experience for every customer.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well‑stocked store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
