About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Wembley as a Barista Maestro, leading a vibrant team to deliver exceptional coffee and memorable customer experiences. This permanent, 25‑hour per week position offers flexible shifts and the chance to develop your leadership skills in a fast‑paced café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high service standards.
- Train, support and motivate new baristas.
- Maintain coffee quality and store cleanliness.
- Adapt resources and solve problems to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Previous team‑leader experience or readiness to step into the role.
