Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain high service standards.
• Train, coach, and support new baristas to develop their skills.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive workplace.
• Uphold coffee quality and presentation standards throughout the store.
• Adapt quickly to challenges, using resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Energetic, positive, and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
• Previous team‑leader experience or a strong readiness to step into the role.
