About the role

Join the Starbucks team in Speke as a part‑time Barista, delivering high‑quality beverages and food items quickly and accurately. You will greet customers with a friendly attitude, ensure orders are correct, and create a welcoming experience both at the drive‑thru and inside the café.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea and food items to Starbucks standards.
• Greet customers, take orders and promote the Starbucks Rewards app.
• Process cash and card payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment across all store areas.
• Upsell high‑demand products and support in‑store promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and embody Starbucks brand values.

• Open to feedback and continuously improving customer service and product preparation skills.
