Barista Supervisor – Brand New Coffee Shop

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new coffee shop in Warrington and are looking for an enthusiastic Barista Supervisor to help shape the customer experience from day one. You will lead a small team, ensure every drink meets our high standards, and contribute to building a welcoming community hub.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffees, fresh smoothies and protein shakes to brand specifications.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service throughout each shift.
• Supervise and support team members during busy periods.
• Manage staff rotas, assist with stock control and stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute ideas for business growth.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for specialty coffee, smoothies and protein shakes.
• Previous experience as a barista and in a supervisory role (essential).
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer‑service focus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker who takes initiative and enjoys contributing fresh ideas.

Required skills

• Barista techniques and coffee brewing knowledge.
• Experience managing a small team in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Basic stock management and rota planning abilities.
