About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Harlow as a Barista Team Leader, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional coffee experiences. You will work full‑time, guiding a team of baristas to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure timely service.
• Train, support and motivate new and existing baristas.
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality and store cleanliness.
• Manage resources, adapt to busy periods and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold Costa’s brand values and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a willingness to step into the role.
