Bathroom Installer (Wet Room Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our small, friendly company that specialises in disabled home adaptations and wet‑room installations across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and North London.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the work area, including sheeting and site protection.
• Remove existing bathroom fixtures and cap off services.
• Re‑route and isolate service pipework as required.
• Prepare timber or concrete floors for wet‑floor former installation and drainage.
• Ready walls and floors for tiling and final finishes.
• Carry out all second‑fix tasks, including radiator relocation or fitting.
• Clear and tidy the site, disposing of waste responsibly.
• Follow site instructions, schedules of work and technical drawings.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bathroom fitting and installations.
• Experience with wet‑room, level‑access shower or domestic disabled adaptations is desirable.
• Joinery, carpentry and tiling experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Full, clean driving licence.
