About the role

Join City Plumbing’s Southport showroom as a Bathroom Sales Manager. You will be the face of the showroom, helping customers turn their bathroom ideas into reality while driving revenue for a fast‑growing branch.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, ensuring each client’s needs are central to the design and purchase process.
• Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues to cross‑sell to trade customers and maximise overall sales.
• Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing tactics to raise awareness of the brand and service quality.
• Continuously improve the showroom experience to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
