About the role

Join the iconic No7 brand as a Beauty Advisor, helping customers discover confidence through personalised skincare and makeup solutions. You will work in a vibrant Boots store environment, combining scientific knowledge with on‑trend advice to create memorable beauty experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the award‑winning 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology.
• Explain the science behind No7 products, translating ingredients into clear customer benefits.
• Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching, product demonstrations and routine building.
• Drive sales, meet targets and promote new offers, innovations and product launches.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to achieve commercial results.
• Maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases the No7 range.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for skincare and makeup with a desire to help others feel confident.
• Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
• Confidence engaging customers and applying skincare and makeup.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain information clearly and simply.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and beauty trends.
