Beauty Merchandiser – Retail Visual Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Beauty Merchandiser to join a fast‑moving retail team launching a new beauty brand across major UK high‑street stores. You will be the visual expert on‑site, ensuring displays are flawless, stock levels are optimal, and store teams are fully trained.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate beauty displays and launch‑ready stand‑outs.
• Train and coach in‑store merchandisers on standards and planograms.
• Monitor and achieve merchandising compliance and sales targets.
• Manage stock levels, identify issues early and resolve them.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and client representatives.
• Provide detailed feedback and capture store photography for reporting.

Required profile

• Passion for retail, beauty or merchandising.
• Experience coaching or training colleagues.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in high standards.
• Organised, proactive, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to start early, travel regularly and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
