Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of facial and aesthetic treatments to the highest professional standards within allocated appointment times.
• Provide expert skincare advice and personalised treatment recommendations.
• Promote and recommend clinic products and services to support client outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless, welcoming client experience from arrival to departure.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent after‑care and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and wider team to maintain exceptional clinic standards.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or higher).
• Previous experience in an aesthetics, beauty, or medical clinic environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, personable, and client‑focused approach.
