Behaviour Lead

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking a confident Behaviour Lead to join a high‑expectation secondary school in Sheffield. The role starts in September 2026 and focuses on establishing firm, consistent behaviour standards across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Drive whole‑school behaviour expectations with authority and consistency.
• Maintain daily routines, boundaries and clear behaviour systems.
• Lead targeted, outcome‑driven interventions for pupils requiring structured support.
• Monitor and analyse behaviour data, incidents and progress trends.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams, senior leadership and external agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in behaviour management, SEMH, pastoral leadership or alternative provision.
• Strong presence, controlled communication and confident authority.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour with clarity, consistency and decisive decision‑making.
• Proactive, organised and capable of working independently.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
