Behaviour Mentor – Primary School (KS2) – Enfield

About the role
We are seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly primary school in Enfield. You will work on a 1:1 basis with KS2 pupils, helping them improve behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily one‑to‑one support for pupils with behavioural, SEMH, or ADHD needs.
- Implement and follow individual behaviour support plans alongside teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff.
- Monitor pupil progress and adjust strategies to promote positive choices throughout the school day.
- Maintain clear boundaries while building trusting relationships with each pupil.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or ADHD.
- Patient, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with school staff.
- Reliable and able to travel to the Enfield school site.

- Competitive daily rate of £90‑£110, dependent on experience.
