Behaviour Mentor – PRU – Harrow (Full‑time)

About the role
Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow. You will work on a full‑time, long‑term basis supporting students who have been excluded from mainstream education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to students aged 11‑16.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and de‑escalation techniques.
- Support emotional regulation and help re‑engage learners in academic activities.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff.
Required profile
- Experience working with challenging behaviour in a school or PRU setting.
- Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills.
- Resilience, patience and a commitment to long‑term support.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
