Behaviour Mentor – Secondary Cover Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Behaviour Mentors to provide cover supervision in secondary schools across Kent and Medway. You will step into classrooms on a flexible basis, delivering pre‑prepared lessons and supporting pupils with strong behaviour management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in a variety of secondary school settings.
- Maintain a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
- Provide short‑term or longer‑term cover as required by the school.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Some experience working with young people in education or youth‑focused settings.
- Demonstrated confidence in delivering lesson content.
- Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills for classroom management.
