Behavioural Safety Performance Coach (Ex‑Military)

About the role
This newly created position offers ex‑military professionals the chance to apply their leadership experience to improve safety culture within a leading infrastructure business. You will work field‑based across South, South East and Thames Valley, coaching frontline teams and supporting managers to embed safe working practices.
Key responsibilities
- Coach frontline staff on behavioural safety and safe working practices.
- Build trusted relationships with site managers and operational teams.
- Use operational data to identify coaching opportunities and target interventions.
- Observe work activities, provide constructive feedback and promote continuous improvement.
- Champion a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.
Required profile
- Ex‑military background with proven leadership experience in high‑risk environments.
- Passion for developing people and improving operational performance.
- Ability to work autonomously in a field‑based role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per year.
