Behavioural Science Consultant

About the role

As a Consultant in the Behavioural Science practice at Ogilvy, you will combine cutting‑edge research in cognitive psychology, social psychology and behavioural economics with creative thinking to help leading organisations tackle complex challenges. Reporting to the Consulting Director, you will work from our London office on projects ranging from product innovation to social impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate behavioural insights for client briefs.
• Translate scientific findings into actionable strategies and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including creatives, strategists and planners to develop integrated solutions.
• Design, test and evaluate behavioural interventions across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Present research outcomes and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in behavioural science, psychology, economics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience applying behavioural research to business or social problems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior audiences.
• Passion for innovative, counter‑intuitive thinking and a collaborative approach.
