About the role
We are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our production team in North Mundham. You will help manufacture and assemble high‑quality bathroom furniture, ensuring every product meets our strict specifications and delivery deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, production specifications and assembly instructions.
- Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including saws, routers, sanders and drills.
- Assemble bathroom furniture components to required quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality and freedom from defects.
- Maintain tools, machinery and equipment in good working order and report any faults.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with housekeeping standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets and customer delivery deadlines.
Required profile
- Previous experience in bench joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and assembly processes.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Competent use of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Positive, self‑motivated and professional attitude.

What we offer
- Competitive salary £35,600 – £39,520 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
- Full‑time, 40‑hour week (Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- On‑site work at our North Mundham facility
