Benefits Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Benefits Advisor to join the Europe HR team in our London office. You will act as a key point of contact for benefits queries, support payroll processes and ensure smooth administration across the UK and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Administer benefits programmes across the UK and Germany, handling enrolments, changes and terminations.
• Respond to associate enquiries on benefits, payroll and pensions with professionalism.
• Support vendor management (e.g., Aviva, payroll providers) and track service delivery.
• Assist with benefits communications, open‑enrollment events and education sessions.
• Contribute to compliance activities, including audit preparation and tax reporting (P11D data).
• Identify and implement process improvements for tools and workflows.
• Coordinate monthly payroll for London and Frankfurt, preparing and validating data for external providers.
• Review payroll and benefits data using Excel audit tools to resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly pension assessments and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Maintain accurate benefits and payroll data through regular reconciliation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in benefits administration, preferably supporting UK or European employees in a professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of payroll cycles and benefits processes, including pensions.
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
