BI & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a BI & Data Analyst to join a growing Data & Insight function. You will transform data into actionable insights, build Power BI dashboards and support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and interactive visualisations.
• Analyse and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Create KPI reporting and insight packs for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Produce reporting packs and monitoring dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Monitor, audit and improve data quality across business systems.
• Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on data initiatives and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Reporting Analyst.
• Strong Power BI expertise, including Power Query, data modelling and DAX.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
