Bid Coordinator – Construction Proposals

About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to join our fast‑growing construction business. Working closely with the Head of Proposals, you will help produce high‑quality pre‑qualification questionnaires, tender submissions and presentations that support our work‑winning strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional, visually engaging bid documentation using Adobe InDesign.
• Assist in preparing PQQs, tender submissions, presentations and other bid‑related materials.
• Review tender documents to extract client requirements, submission criteria, deadlines and key deliverables.
• Coordinate bid activities to ensure all information is gathered and submitted on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to collect technical content and ensure consistency with company branding.
• Maintain accuracy and high presentation standards for all bid documents.

Required profile

• Previous experience in proposals, bids, marketing, graphic design or a similar support role.
• Experience in a construction environment or a comparable sector is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (advantageous).
