Bid Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to become the central hub for procurement portals, bid enquiries, PQQs and tender submissions. This newly created position supports business development and tendering for a respected property consultancy operating across the property and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement portals and tender platforms, including initial registrations and annual updates.
• Act as first point of contact for bid enquiries and forward opportunities to internal teams.
• Track enquiry portals to ensure timely identification of new opportunities.
• Complete standard company information for PQQs and tender submissions.
• Create and maintain bid templates and a library of standard answers.
• Support the development of consistent, high‑quality tender responses.
• Assist with market intelligence by reviewing property publications and identifying target clients.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence coordinating information across multiple teams.
• Proactive, reliable and process‑driven approach.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
• Interest in property, construction or professional services.
• Experience using Canva or InDesign and previous exposure to bid or tender processes.
