About the role
The architecture practice in London is looking for a Bid Coordinator to drive its work‑winning efforts across multiple sectors. You will manage the full lifecycle of high‑value bids, collaborating with partners and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate bid strategies and oversee portal submissions for key projects.
- Maintain internal bid procedures, the bid library, and ensure all CVs and case studies are up to date.
- Work closely with senior team members, business development and marketing teams to develop persuasive submissions.
- Support the overall work‑winning team to strengthen the practice’s industry presence.
Required profile
- Strong creative and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior team members.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on clear, accurate written responses.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of £40,000‑£47,000 per year.
