Bid Manager – Private Sector (Hybrid)

About the role
VodafoneThree is looking for a Private Sector Bid Manager to join its newly formed Bid Centre of Excellence. The role will support the company’s ambition to expand “The Nation’s Network” by leading bids for private‑sector customers across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate private‑sector bid processes within the Bid Centre of Excellence.
- Work closely with the line manager to understand expectations for the role and the team.
- Contribute to the delivery of VodafoneThree’s network projects and digital infrastructure initiatives.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a hybrid model – 2‑3 days in the office (at least 8 days per month) and the remainder from home.
- Commitment to VodafoneThree’s values of collaboration, inclusion and belonging.
