Bid Writer – Full‑Time

About the role

First Response Group is seeking a proactive Bid Writer to join its fast‑growing team. Based in the Wembley office, you will lead the creation of compelling, compliant bid proposals that help secure high‑value contracts across security, risk management and facilities services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to post‑bid review.
• Develop clear, client‑focused responses that highlight value propositions and win strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and senior stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, tender specifications and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate bid planning activities, maintain timelines and track deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in producing high‑quality, competitive bid documents.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
