Bilingual Credit Controller (English / Italian)

About the role
Join a global, high‑end homeware design group as a Bilingual Credit Controller. You will work Monday‑Friday in a relaxed, office‑based environment, supporting the finance team and handling customer accounts across the UK and Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Chase and collect payments from customers in the UK and Italy.
- Manage and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accurate records.
- Collaborate with three other credit controllers and the wider finance team.
- Maintain communication with clients in both English and Italian.
Required profile
- Proven experience in credit control or collections.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Italian.
- Ability to work independently within set office hours (flexible start/finish).
