Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator (French)

About the role

Our manufacturing client in Dartford is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will help strengthen relationships, boost loyalty and support commercial growth while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Technical, Supply Chain, Commercial, Shipping, Finance, Production and Planning departments to resolve issues.
• Manage complaints end‑to‑end, including RMA creation, returns and credit notes.
• Enter and process orders, calculate transit times and freight costs.
• Proactively alert customers about at‑risk orders, delivery delays or fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and quotations, update price lists and respond to pricing requests.
• Process new user registrations, order changes, cancellations and assist with platform queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably B2B.
• Experience with quality or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Good education level including maths and English.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• £30,000 per annum salary.
• 3 % non‑contractual bonus.
