Bilingual French Customer Success Manager

About the role

Geotab is looking for a bilingual French Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of SMB customers. You will drive product adoption, ensure high net revenue retention, and act as the trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of business from onboarding through proactive renewals.
• Validate customer goals and create actionable success plans.
• Monitor health indicators, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and international teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Conduct strategic, value‑led conversations with SMB stakeholders and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric communication style with a "can‑do" mindset.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret usage data and drive insights.
• Experience managing a high volume of accounts in a fast‑paced SaaS or IoT environment.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English.
• Understanding of SaaS and IoT business models.
• Ability to analyze data and build success metrics.
