BIM Coordinator – 6-Month Contract in London

About the role

We are partnering with a world‑leading architectural practice to hire an experienced BIM Coordinator for an initial six‑month contract in London. You will play a pivotal role in the digital delivery of high‑profile, multidisciplinary projects, working closely with architects and design technology specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across large‑scale architectural schemes.
• Manage BIM QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with ISO 19650.
• Run clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Support and develop Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.
• Create automated workflows for data extraction and model management.
• Produce BIM reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Mentor project teams and support BIM onboarding.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and digital delivery specialists to uphold project standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or Digital Delivery role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, design‑led environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Previous experience within an architectural practice or multidisciplinary consultancy.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency on complex architectural projects.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Python, Enscape or VR workflows (desirable).
