BIM Engineer – Civil Projects (London & South-East)

About the role

WSP is looking for an enthusiastic BIM Engineer to join its Civil team in London and the South‑East. You will work within an award‑winning digital delivery group, supporting a variety of civil infrastructure projects and collaborating with engineers, project managers and digital leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for planning, mobilisation and production of civil structure BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Support project and digital/BIM leads in developing and enforcing digital delivery standards and the WSP UK Civil Information Management Framework.
• Create, modify and deploy Revit templates and configurations to meet project requirements.
• Develop and manage reusable BIM components for consistent parametric modelling.
• Collaborate with digital leads, computational engineers, surveyors and other discipline specialists to streamline digital workflows.
• Implement and maintain BIM model validation and quality‑control processes, performing regular audits and sharing lessons learned.
• Contribute to civil working groups and co‑develop automation solutions with in‑house developers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic specialist BIM Coordinator with a passion for digital engineering.

• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit and associated BIM technologies.
