BIM Manager – Lead Digital Delivery

About the role

The Energy unit of Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across a portfolio of complex nuclear, defence, energy and infrastructure projects. This client‑facing leadership position will shape BIM and information management practices, ensuring high‑quality digital outputs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee BIM and digital delivery activities across multiple high‑profile projects, maintaining consistency, quality and compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and information management procedures in collaboration with clients, project teams and supply‑chain partners.
• Provide guidance on BIM standards, processes and information management requirements, including ISO 19650.
• Champion best practice and support project teams in delivering robust digital outputs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in BIM and digital delivery across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager on large, complex projects, preferably in nuclear, defence, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong client‑facing and leadership skills, able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ability to develop strategic BIM and digital delivery approaches and ensure their implementation.

Required skills
